ARNOLD. Annie Leibovitz Art Edition (English)

This Art Edition (No. 1–100) comes with a nearly life-size print of Arnold on the ski slopes by Annie Leibovitz for the June 1997 cover of Vanity Fair, signed by Annie. Printed directly on aluminum and presented with a ready-to-hang floating frame, the vibrancy of this extraordinary reproduction puts the viewer right on the slopes with him.

In addition, the Art Edition includes a unique bookstand – a 1:2 scale reproduction of the iconic Capitello chair, famously created by Studio65 in 1971 and produced by Gufram. Its pop subversion of the classic Greek ionic capital and column is a fitting homage to the Greek ideal embodied by Arnold’s famous physique.

The two-volume book, numbered and signed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, includes portraits by leading photographers, vintage bodybuilding images, film stills, dozens of personal photos from Arnold’s private archive, and exclusive interviews. This photographic homage, a decade of collaboration in the making, traces his journey from poverty to Mr. Olympia, to movie star, and to the Governor’s Mansion.
